THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN The property is arranged across four floors. Every stay at Percy Park House includes a complimentary welcome pack and a deluxe welcome hamper for you to enjoy on arrival. All linens and towels are made from 100% cotton. Ground Floor: Entrance Hall – Welcoming entrance with space for coats and shoes. Kitchen/Dining Area – Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine with 10 Wonky Coffee Capsules available per stay, washer/dryer, utility cupboard, dining table and breakfast bar. Living area – Sofa, love seat chair, a wall-mounted TV, Sonos sound system, coffee table and a bright bay window. WC – Toilet, washbasin, mirror and towel rail. Lower Ground Floor: Additional storage space for bikes, surf boards and access to rear yard and outdoor warm shower – Ideal for rinsing wetsuits, sandy feet and surfboards after beach days. First Floor: Bedroom 1 – King-size four poster bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, drawers, TV, walk in dressing area and sofa. En-Suite – Bath, shower, toilet, twin wash basins, mirrors and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 – King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and mirror. En-suite – Shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail. Second Floor: Bedroom 3 – King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and mirror. En-suite – Shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 4 – King-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and mirror. Family bathroom– Shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail. Bedroom 5 (Bunk Room) – Two sets of bunk beds with single mattresses, sleeping four guests. While primarily suited to children, the lower bunks can accommodate adults if required. Additional sleeping arrangement’s – There are two travel cots and two roll up futons for children and babies which easily fit inside all the bedrooms. Guests need to bring extra bedding and towels for these. Outside: Front Garden – Small, enclosed/ fenced garden to the front of the property with seating. Rear Yard – Private area with outdoor warm shower for rinsing after the beach. Parking – One private parking space in the rear car park, plus one on-street permit for use during bank holidays and weekends (permit-only bays). Additional free parking is typically available locally during weekdays, with reasonably priced parking at weekends. Dogs – One well-behaved dog welcome for an additional charge per stay. Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on furniture, must not be left unattended, and guests must provide their own dog bed, towels and equipment.
