THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN The property is arranged across two floors with all living accommodation on the first floor accessible by stairs. First Floor: Living Area – Comfortable seating, TV, coffee tables and ample space for relaxing with family and friends. Kitchen/Dining area – Fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all essential cookware and utensils. Dining area with dining tables and chairs. Bedroom 1 – Double bed, one single child’s bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, mirror, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with bath, electric shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 2 – Double bed, single bed with additional pull-out mattress (If the pull out bed is required, this must be requested upon booking), bedside tables and lamps, TV, drawers, mirror, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 3 – Two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
